This policy applies to visitors, early-access applicants, account users, store owners, support contacts, and business customers who use Zelluvo to monitor ecommerce operations.
We may collect name, email, company/store name, login details, IP/device metadata, support messages, billing and subscription metadata, marketplace account metadata, supplier source URLs, SKUs, product data, stock and price data, order records, tracking details, operational notes, audit logs, and workflow settings.
When you connect eBay, suppliers, shipping tools, email, or other integrations, Zelluvo may process the data needed to provide that connection, such as OAuth tokens, marketplace identifiers, product listings, order details, buyer shipping information, tracking references, supplier credentials, and API status logs.
We use data to provide the service, secure accounts, operate monitoring and approval workflows, generate operational labels or reports, troubleshoot support issues, improve reliability, prevent abuse, maintain audit history, and communicate service updates.
Depending on the context, Zelluvo processes personal data to perform a contract, take steps before entering a contract, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, comply with legal obligations, or act on consent where required.
Order and shipping data is used for operational workflows such as order review, tracking refresh, packing labels, dispatch packs, support, audit history, and exports requested by authorized users. It should not be used for unrelated marketing or resale.
We may share limited data with hosting, security, email, analytics, payment, marketplace, shipping, support, and infrastructure providers that help operate Zelluvo. We do not sell customer order data.
We keep account, audit, order, product, supplier, and integration data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or security obligations, resolve disputes, maintain audit history, and support backups. Customers can request deletion or export where applicable.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal data. We may need to verify your identity and account authority before acting.
Zelluvo may use service providers in different countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect data, including access controls, encrypted secrets where supported, audit logging, HTTPS, and operational separation between stores. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Zelluvo is not intended for children or personal household use. It is designed for business ecommerce operations.
We may update this policy as Zelluvo, integrations, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
For privacy questions, contact Zelluvo through the contact page. Do not send OAuth tokens, passwords, API secrets, buyer data exports, or supplier credentials through public forms.
